What is the delivery and shipping costs?

Delivery Costs within Australia starts from $9.90
It will take 3-8 working days for delivery.
All orders will be dispatched from New Zealand.

How can I return a delivered item?

You can return your item to our warehouse in Melbourne. Please send us an email on [email protected] for more information.

When will I get the money back for my return?

As soon as we have received and checked your return items, you will receive refund back the original payment method.

Where is my delivery?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email for your tracking information. You can use the link attached in your email to check the current status of your parcel at any time.

Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive your order confirmation within couple hours after placing your order at the email address you provided. If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam folder or you’ve entered your email address incorrectly. Our customer service will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Which Payment methods do you accept?

We have 4 Payment methods: – Credit Card, Paypal, Afterpay, and bank transfer.

How can I change/cancel my order?

Please call us if you want to change or cancel your order. We pick and pack all orders as soon as we receive them, orders can only be changed / canceled before it has been dispatched.

I live locally. Is there a Party Lights Company shop I can pick up my order?

Currently we are an online shop at the moment. No pick up and showroom is available. We are working hard to have a warehouse in Australia soon.

What to do if my package is missing?

We pay great attention to a reliable and fast delivery of your desired products. Unfortunately, it can still happen in individual cases that a package on its way to you can no longer be found in the large number of shipments by the shipping service provider.

How do I connect my lights together?

To connect your lights, simply remove the power cable from one set of the lights, then pin & align at the end of other set of lights.

Are your bulbs replaceable?

Our outdoor festoon light bulbs are replaceable. All other led products have sealed bulbs and not replaceable, but they have around 30,000 hours life span.

How long is the guarantee for a product?

All outdoor commercial grade fairy lights have a warranty period of 12 months.
All other products have a warranty period of 6 months.

Why aren’t my solar lights working?
